An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display comprising:
- a first substrate;
- a driving circuit on the first substrate;
- an organic light emitting element on the driving circuit;
- a second substrate on the organic light emitting element;
- and
- a barrier layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, the barrier layer covering the organic light emitting element,
- wherein the barrier layer comprises a thermally curable resin or a photocurable resin,
- wherein the barrier layer comprises a first region and a second region that are separated from each other in a thickness direction of the barrier layer, and
- wherein the first region comprises a hygroscopic material and the second region does not comprise the hygroscopic material.
