- forming a plurality of touch electrodes on the base substrate on which the micro light-emitting diodes are formed;
- wherein the micro light-emitting diode comprises:
- a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode that are sequentially arranged in a direction distal from the base substrate;
- after forming the plurality of micro light-emitting diodes on the base substrate, the method further comprises:
- forming an insulating layer on the base substrate on which the micro light-emitting diodes are formed, the insulating layer being filled between adjacent micro light-emitting diodes;
- and
- forming a plurality of insulating support pillars on the insulating layer, in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, a length of the insulating support pillar being greater than a thickness of the touch electrode;
- and
- forming the plurality of touch electrodes on the base substrate on which the micro light-emitting diodes are formed comprises:
- forming the plurality of touch electrodes on the base substrate on which the micro light-emitting diodes, the insulating layer, and the support pillars are formed.
A display panel, comprising a display substrate, wherein the display substrate comprises:
- a base substrate, a plurality of micro light-emitting diodes and a plurality of touch electrodes:
- wherein
- the micro light-emitting diode comprises:
- a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode that are sequentially arranged in a direction distal from the base substrate;
