Abstract
A system and method of automated debt management with machine learning is disclosed. An example system may include a data collection circuit to collect information about entities involved in debt transactions, a training data set of outcomes related to the entities, and a training set of debt management activities. The system may also include a condition classifying circuit to classify a condition of at least one of the entities and an automated debt management circuit to manage an action related to a debt. The condition classifying circuit may include a model trained using the training data set of outcomes related to the entities.
Claims20
A system for automatically managing an activity related to a debt, comprising:
- a data collection circuit that collects information about entities involved in a plurality of debt transactions, a training data set of outcomes related to the entities, and a training set of debt management activities;
- a condition classifying circuit that automatically classifies at least one condition of at least one entity of the entities, wherein the condition classifying circuit comprises an artificial intelligence circuit that includes a model, wherein the model is trained using the training data set of outcomes related to the entities collected by the data collection circuit, and wherein the automatic classification of the at least one condition includes one of a rule, a threshold, a conditional procedure, a workflow, or a model parameter;
- and an automated debt management circuit comprising a set of processors that manage actions related to a debt based upon a classified condition provided by the condition classifying circuit, wherein the automated debt management circuit is trained on the training set of debt management activities collected by the data collection circuit;
- wherein, responsive to the at least one condition classified by the condition classifying circuit, the automated debt management circuit automatically initiates or performs at least one of offering a debt transaction, underwriting a debt transaction, setting an interest rate, deferring a payment requirement, modifying an interest rate, validating title, managing inspection, recording a change in title, assessing a value of an asset, calling a loan, closing a transaction, setting terms and conditions for a transaction, providing notices required to be provided, foreclosing on a set of assets, modifying terms and conditions, setting a rating for an entity, syndicating debt, or consolidating debt.
A method for automatically managing an activity related to a debt, comprising:
- collecting information via a data collection circuit about entities involved in a plurality of debt transactions, a training data set of outcomes related to the entities, and a training set of debt management activities;
- classifying at least one condition via a condition classifying circuit of at least one entity of the entities based at least in part on the training data set of outcomes related to the entities collected via the data collection circuit, wherein the classification of the at least one condition includes one of a rule, a threshold, a conditional procedure, a workflow, or a model parameter;
- and managing at least one action related to a debt via an automated debt management circuit comprising a set of processors based at least in part on the training set of debt management activities collected via the data collection circuit and on a condition classification provided by the condition classifying circuit;
- wherein managing at least one action comprises the automated debt management circuit, responsive to the at least one classified condition provided by the condition classifying circuit, automatically initiating or performing at least one of offering a debt transaction, underwriting a debt transaction, setting an interest rate, deferring a payment requirement, modifying an interest rate, validating title, managing inspection, recording a change in title, assessing a value of an asset, calling a loan, closing a transaction, setting terms and conditions for a transaction, providing notices required to be provided, foreclosing on a set of assets, modifying terms and conditions, setting a rating for an entity, syndicating debt, or consolidating debt.
