Bypassing elements of a secure document workflow based on identity of recipient

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising memory with instructions encoded thereon, the instructions, when executed, causing one or more processors to perform operations, the instructions comprising instructions to:

• receive a request for a user to perform a plurality of activities with respect to a secure document;
• determine requirements for performing each respective activity of the plurality of activities, the requirements for a given activity of the plurality of activities determined from a plurality of candidate requirements for the given activity based on the user being physically located in a given geographical jurisdiction of a plurality of candidate geographical jurisdictions, each candidate requirement of the plurality of candidate requirements corresponding to different geographical jurisdictions of the plurality of candidate geographical jurisdictions;
• retrieve profile data for the user;
• determine, based on the profile data, a subset of the activities directed to achieving a result that is reflected in the profile data;
• and
• transmit a modified version of the request to the user, the modified version eliminating the subset from the plurality of activities.

A system comprising:

• memory with instructions encoded thereon;
• and
• one or more processors that, when executing the instructions, are caused to perform operations comprising:
• receiving a request for a user to perform a plurality of activities with respect to a secure document;
• determining requirements for performing each respective activity of the plurality of activities, the requirements for a given activity of the plurality of activities determined from a plurality of candidate requirements for the given activity based on the user being physically located in a given geographical jurisdiction of a plurality of candidate geographical jurisdictions, each candidate requirement of the plurality of candidate requirements corresponding to different geographical jurisdictions of the plurality of candidate geographical jurisdictions;
• retrieving profile data for the user;
• determining, based on the profile data, a subset of the activities directed to achieving a result that is reflected in the profile data;
• and
• transmitting a modified version of the request to the user, the modified version eliminating the subset from the plurality of activities.
