Healthy building dashboard facilitated by hierarchical model of building control assets

A method of monitoring compliance with healthy building guidelines within a spatial hierarchical model that provides spatial context to a plurality of building control assets disposed within a plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model, the healthy building guidelines based at least in part on one or more healthy building criteria, the method comprising:

• allowing a user to select a particular hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model;
• display a compliance score generated for the particular hierarchical level on the display, the compliance score includes an aggregation of a measure of compliance at each of the hierarchical levels below the particular hierarchical level with one or more of the healthy building criteria of the healthy building guidelines;
• allowing the user to select a different hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model;
• and
• display a compliance score generated for the different hierarchical level on the display.

A system comprising:

• a user input device;
• a display;
• an I/O;
• a memory, the memory storing:
• a spatial hierarchical model that provides spatial context to a plurality of building control assets disposed within a plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model;
• one or more healthy building guidelines based at least in part on one or more healthy building criteria
• one or more processors operatively coupled to the user input device, the display, the I/O and the memory, the one or more processors configured to:
• receive information from one or more of the plurality of building control assets over time;
• compare at least some of the information received from the one or more of the plurality of building control assets to one or more of the healthy building criteria of the healthy building guidelines to determine a measure of compliance with one or more of the healthy building criteria of the healthy building guidelines;
• receive via the user input device a selection of a particular hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model;
• determine and display a compliance score generated for the particular hierarchical level on the display, the compliance score includes an aggregation of the measure of compliance corresponding to each of the hierarchical levels below the particular hierarchical level with one or more of the healthy building criteria of the healthy building guidelines;
• receive via the user input device a selection of a different hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model;
• and
• determine and display a compliance score generated for the different hierarchical level on the display.
