Augmented reality guidance interface

A system comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• at least one hardware processor coupled to the memory and comprising instructions that causes the system to perform operations comprising:
• detecting a client device at a location within a geo-fenced area;
• identifying a destination of interest located within the geo-fenced area based on user attributes associated with a user of the client device;
• determining a route to the destination of interest from the location of the client device within the geo-fenced area;
• causing display of a presentation of an environment at the client device based on the detecting the client device within the geo-fenced area, the presentation of the environment including a display of a signage at a position within the presentation of the environment;
• detecting the display of the signage within the presentation of the environment, the display of the signage comprising one or more attributes that include at least a color;
• generating a media item in response to the detecting the display of the signage within the presentation of the environment, the media item based on the route to the destination of interest and the one or more attributes that include at least the color;
• and
• overlaying the media item upon the position of the signage within the presentation of the environment.

A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a machine, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:

• detecting a client device at a location within a geo-fenced area;
• identifying a destination of interest located within the geo-fenced area based on user attributes associated with a user of the client device;
• determining a route to the destination of interest from the location of the client device within the geo-fenced area;
• causing display of a presentation of an environment at the client device based on the detecting the client device within the geo-fenced area, the presentation of the environment including a display of a signage at a position within the presentation of the environment;
• detecting the display of the signage within the presentation of the environment, the display of the signage comprising one or more attributes that include at least a color;
• generating a media item in response to the detecting the display of the signage within the presentation of the environment, the media item based on the route to the destination of interest and the one or more attributes that include at least the color;
• and
• overlaying the media item upon the position of the signage within the presentation of the environment.
