Claims6
A method of killing a soluble PDGF-DD ligand secreting cancer cell, the method comprising contacting the cancer cell with a chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell, wherein the chimeric antigen receptor comprises a surface exposed soluble ligand binding moiety comprising the extracellular domain of NKp44 that specifically binds to soluble PDGF-DD ligand.
A method of treating a mammal having a soluble PDGF-DD ligand secreting cancer cell, the method comprising administering to the mammal a composition comprising a plurality of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells, wherein the chimeric antigen receptor comprises a surface exposed soluble ligand binding moiety comprising the extracellular domain of NKp44 that specifically binds to soluble PDGF-DD ligand.
A method of treating a mammal having an autoimmune disorder associated with a soluble PDGF-DD ligand, the method comprising administering to the mammal a composition comprising a plurality of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells, wherein the chimeric antigen receptor comprises a surface exposed soluble ligand binding moiety comprising the extracellular domain of NKp44 that specifically binds to soluble PDGF-DD ligand.
