An adjustable bowel treatment arm comprising:
- a. a telescoping shaft having a proximal end and a distal end;
- b. a handle secured to the distal end of the telescoping shaft;
- c. a pivot junction positioned at the proximal end of the telescoping shaft;
- d. a stem having a proximal end and a distal end, where the distal end of the stem is attached to the pivot junction;
- and
- e. a head attached to the proximal end of the stem;
- and
- f. a lateral support including a pair of wings adapted to support the telescoping shaft on a user's legs.
