A thermogenic cannabis composition for oral administration, the composition comprising at least one cannabinoid and 5/6-60% of at least one anhydrous thermogenic agent, wherein the thermogenic composition is a tablet, a granulate, or a powder suitable for oral administration, and wherein said thermogenic agent comprises an anhydrous metal salt.
