Abstract
Described herein are kits, compositions, and combination therapies comprising sulindac for use in the treatment of fragile X syndrome (FXS).
Claims11
A method of treating fragile x syndrome by combination therapy in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject simultaneously, separately or sequentially an effective amount of the combination of:
- (i) sulindac, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- (ii) sertraline or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
