Abstract
A drive assembly is provided for a rail vehicle, having at least one motor, at least one wheel set shaft or at least one rail vehicle wheel, and at least one elastic coupling that has at least one elastic device, wherein the at least one elastic coupling is embodied to couple the at least one motor directly to the wheel set shaft or directly to the at least one rail vehicle wheel.

A drive assembly for a rail vehicle, having:
- at least one motor;
- at least one wheel set shaft or at least one rail vehicle wheel;
- and
- at least one elastic coupling that has at least one elastic device;
- wherein the at least one elastic coupling is embodied to couple the at least one motor directly to the wheel set shaft or directly to the at least one rail vehicle wheel, wherein the drive assembly is configured as a transmissionless direct drive.

A rail vehicle, wherein the rail vehicle has at least one selected from the group consisting of:
- (1) at least one drive assembly comprising:
- at least one motor;
- at least one wheel set shaft or at least one rail vehicle wheel;
- and
- at least one elastic coupling that has at least one elastic device;
- wherein the at least one elastic coupling is embodied to couple the at least one motor directly to the wheel set shaft or directly to the at least one rail vehicle wheel, and
- wherein the drive assembly is configured as a transmissionless direct drive;
- and
- (2) at least one wheel set having at least one drive assembly comprising:
- at least one motor;
- at least one wheel set shaft or at least one rail vehicle wheel;
- and
- at least one elastic coupling that has at least one elastic device;
- wherein the at least one elastic coupling is embodied to couple the at least one motor directly to the wheel set shaft or directly to the at least one rail vehicle wheel, and
- wherein the drive assembly is configured as a transmissionless direct drive;
- and
- (3) at least one bogie having at least one drive assembly comprising:
- at least one motor;
- at least one wheel set shaft or at least one rail vehicle wheel;
- and
- at least one elastic coupling that has at least one elastic device;
- wherein the at least one elastic coupling is embodied to couple the at least one motor directly to the wheel set shaft or directly to the at least one rail vehicle wheel, and
- wherein the drive assembly is configured as a transmissionless direct drive.
