• R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl or heteroaryl, each of cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl and heteroaryl can be substituted or unsubstituted, and wherein the alkyl is methyl, ethyl, i-propyl, n-butyl, t-butyl, n-pentyl, heptyl, octyl, decyl, dodecyl, tridecyl, tetradecyl, pentadecyl or hexadecyl and can be unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting halogen, hydroxy, caboxy, oxo, nitro, haloalkyl, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkaryl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy, hydroxyalkyl, alkanesulfonyl, arenesulfonyl, alkanesulfonamido, arenesulfonamido, aralkylsulfonamido, alkylcarbonyl, acyloxy, cyano and ureido;
• R5, R7 and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of:
• hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, amino, mercapto, formyl, carboxy, alkanoyl, carbamoyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, or heteroaryl, each of which can be substituted or unsubstituted;
• R6 is hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, amino, mercapto, formyl, carboxy, alkanoyl, carbamoyl, unsubstituted alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, or heteroaryl;
• and tautomers or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
