Abstract
Provided herein are methods for treating metastatic prostate cancer using anti-androgen compounds and radionuclide-labeled androgens.
Claims16
A method of treating advanced prostate cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of an anti- androgen compound and an effective amount of a radionuclide-labeled androgen, thereby treating the advanced prostate cancer in the subject in need thereof;
- wherein treating is reducing development of prostate cancer or its clinical symptoms, or causing regression of prostate cancer or its clinical symptoms.
