Self-leveling floor outlet cover

A self-leveling floor mounted electrical outlet assembly, comprising:

• a housing configured to house an electrical receptacle, the housing having a threaded inner surface;
• a first portion of a mounting frame threadedly coupled to the inner surface of the housing;
• and
• a second portion of the mounting frame threadedly coupled to the first portion by at least one threaded fastener and configured to couple with the electrical receptacle, wherein a thread pitch of the inner surface of the housing is different from a thread pitch of the at least one threaded fastener;
• and
• wherein a tilt of the second portion with respect to the first portion is adjustable through adjustment of the at least one threaded fastener.

A self-leveling floor mounted electrical outlet assembly, comprising:

• a housing configured to house an electrical receptacle;
• a first portion of a mounting frame threadedly coupled to the housing and configured to adjustably position the mounting frame within the housing;
• and
• a second portion of the mounting frame threadedly coupled to the first portion by at least one threaded fastener, configured to couple with the electrical receptacle, and configured to adjustably position the second portion with respect to the first portion, wherein adjustment of the second portion with respect to the first portion occurs in smaller increments than adjustment of the first portion with respect to the housing;
• and
• wherein an orientation of the second portion with respect to the first portion is adjustable through adjustment of the at least one threaded fastener.
