The difference between the volume resistivity of the intermediate transfer body at an application voltage of 500 kV, a temperature of 28° C., and a relative humidity of 85% and the volume resistivity of the intermediate transfer body at an application voltage of 500 kV, a temperature of 10° C., and a relative humidity of 30% is 1.0 log Ω·cm or less.
