Dihydroquinoxaline and dihydropyridopyrazine derivatives as RSV inhibitors

A compound represented by Formula (I):

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
• A is selected from the group consisting of:
• 1) optionally substituted aryl;
• and
• 2) optionally substituted heteroaryl;
• B is selected from the group consisting of:
• 1) optionally substituted —C1-C6 alkyl;
• 2) optionally substituted aryl;
• 3) optionally substituted heteroaryl;
• 4) optionally substituted —C3-C12 cycloalkyl;
• and
• 5) optionally substituted 3- to 12-membered heterocycloalkyl;
• L is absent, —CONH—, —NHCO—, —NHCO2—, or —NHS(O)2—;
• preferably L is —CONH—;
• Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 are each —C(R1)— or N, provided that at least two of Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 are —C(R1)—;
• Each R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of:
• 1) hydrogen;
• 2) halogen;
• 3) cyano;
• 4) nitro;
• 5) optionally substituted —C1-C8 alkoxy;
• 6) optionally substituted —C1-C8 alkyl;
• 7) optionally substituted —C2-C8 alkynyl;
• 8) optionally substituted —C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• and
• 9) optionally substituted 3- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl;
• Each R2 and R3 is independently selected from the group consisting of:
• 1) halogen;
• 2) cyano;
• 3) nitro;
• 4) optionally substituted —C1-C8 alkoxy;
• 5) optionally substituted —C1-C8 alkyl;
• 6) optionally substituted —C2-C8 alkynyl;
• 7) optionally substituted —C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• and
• 8) optionally substituted 3- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl;
• alternatively two adjacent R3 groups are taken together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted fused carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring;
• Each R4 and R5 is independently selected from the group consisting of:
• 1) hydrogen;
• and
• 2) optionally substituted —C1-C3 alkyl;
• Alternatively, R4 and R5 are taken together with the carbon atom to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted 3- to 6-membered spiro-carbocyclic or spiro-heterocyclic ring;
• m is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
• and v is 0, 1, 2, or 3.
