Abstract
Displaying an indication of ancestral data is disclosed. An indication that a genetic interval corresponds to a reference interval that has a likelihood of having one or more ancestral origins is received. One or more graphic display parameters are determined based at least in part on the indication. An indication of the one or more ancestral origins is visually displayed using the one or more graphic display parameters.
Claims17
A system comprising one or more processors and system memory, the one or more processors being configured to:
- receive an indication of one or more local-level origins of a complex system;
- determine one or more graphic display parameters based at least in part on the indication;
- and
- visually display, in an interactive graphical user interface (GUI), a graphical representation of the one or more local-level origins using the one or more graphic display parameters.
A method for displaying ancestral origins, comprising:
- receiving an indication of one or more ancestral origins of a genetic interval of a genome of an individual;
- determining one or more graphic display parameters based at least in part on the indication;
- and
- visually displaying, in an interactive graphical user interface (GUI), a graphical representation of the one or more ancestral origins of the genetic interval using the one or more graphic display parameters.
A computer program product for displaying ancestral origins, the computer program product being embodied in a computer readable medium and comprising computer instructions for:
- receiving an indication of one or more ancestral origins of a genetic interval of a genome of an individual;
- determining one or more graphic display parameters based at least in part on the indication;
- and
- visually displaying, in an interactive graphical user interface (GUI), a graphical representation of the one or more ancestral origins of the genetic interval using the one or more graphic display parameters.
