The present invention relates to polypeptides, nucleotides encoding the polypeptide, as well as methods of producing the polypeptides. The present invention also relates to detergent composition comprising polypeptides, a laundering method and the use of polypeptides.
Claims6
A detergent composition comprising a surfactant and a polypeptide having DNase activity, wherein the polypeptide is selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 85% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 6;
- and
- (b) a fragment of the polypeptide of (a), wherein the fragment has DNase activity.
