Human antibodies to Ebola virus glycoprotein

An isolated recombinant antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to Ebola virus (EBOV) and/or an Ebola virus glycoprotein (EBOV-GP), comprising:

• (a) a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (HCDR1) amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 20 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• an HCDR2 amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 22 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• an HCDR3 amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 24 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• a light chain complementarity determining region LCDR1 amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 28 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• an LCDR2 amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 30 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• and an LCDR3 amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 32 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• (b) an HCDR1 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
• 68 with no more than one amino acid substitution;
• an HCDR2 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
