A pharmaceutical granulate composition comprising a therapeutically effective dose of crystalline Palbociclib free base and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, wherein the Palbociclib crystals are needles with a surface area between 6 and 15 m2/g, and a particle size distribution d(0.9) between 5 and 50 micrometers;
- and wherein said crystalline Palbociclib is polymorph Form A.
