Abstract
The present disclosure relates to methods of treating gastrointestinal stromal tumors to a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of ripretinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
Claims2
A method of treating a patient suffering from a Grade 3 adverse reaction while being administered 150 mg ripretinib daily for treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, comprising:
- withholding administration of ripretinib for a maximum of 28 days until the adverse reaction resolves to Grade 1 or baseline;
- then
- administering to the patient 100 mg daily ripretinib for at least 28 days.
