An oral product includes a body that is wholly receivable in an oral cavity. The body includes a mouth-stable polymer matrix, cellulosic fibers embedded in the mouth-stable polymer matrix, and a mouth-soluble binder dispersed in the mouth-stable polymer matrix.

An oral product comprising:
- a mouth-stable polymer matrix defining a plurality of pores, the mouth-stable polymer matrix including polyurethane;
- cellulosic fibers embedded in the mouth-stable polymer matrix;
- a mouth-soluble binder in the mouth-stable polymer matrix;
- medium chain triglycerides in an amount of less than or equal to 20 weight percent;
- and
- an additive in the pores, the additive including nicotine or a nicotine derivative, the cellulosic fibers configured to provide passages to the additive.
