• RA is methyl, RB is selected from halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, nitrile, ORI, NRJRK, NRLC(O)RM, S(O)RN, SO2RO, SO2RORP, SO2NRQRR, SO3RS, CO2RT, C(O)RU, and C(O)NRVRW;
• RC is selected from H, D halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, nitrile, ORI, NRJRK, NRLC(O)RM, S(O)RN, SO2RO, SO2RORP, SO2NRQRR, SO3RS, CO2RT, C(O)RU, and C(O)NRVRW;
• each of RI, RJ, RK, RL, RM, RN, RO, RP, RQ, RR, RS, RT, RU, RV, and RW is independently selected from H, D, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, or substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl;
• X1 is —NHCO—, —NRZC(O)—;
• each of RD and RE is independently selected from H, D, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl;
• or RD and RE together with the carbon to which they are attached form a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C7 cycloalkyl or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic ring.
