Abstract
Branched urethane methacrylate compounds are useful as backbone resins for increasing the performance of a fastening material. Furthermore, reactive resins and reactive resin components containing such compounds are useful for chemical fastening.

A compound, of the formula
- in which
- B is an aromatic hydrocarbon group comprising two condensed benzene rings, wherein the benzene rings may optionally be substituted with alkyl groups,
- A is a linear or branched aliphatic C3-C10 alkylene group,
- each R1, respectively independently of one another, is a branched or linear aliphatic C1-C15 alkylene group,
- n is a whole number greater than or equal to 0, and
- m is a whole number greater than or equal to 3.
