Abstract
Transaction-enabling systems including a controller are disclosed. The controller can access a distributed ledger including an instruction set, tokenize the instruction set, interpret an instruction set access request, and, in response to the instruction set access request, provide a provable access to the instruction set.
Claims20
A transaction-enabling system comprising a controller, wherein the controller is configured to:
- access an instruction set stored on a distributed ledger,
- wherein the instruction set is configured to command a downstream production tool;
- tokenize the instruction set;
- interpret an instruction set access request;
- and
- in response to the instruction set access request;
- validate access rights to the instruction set based on the instruction set access request and a license associated with the instruction set;
- and
- provide the tokenized instruction set to the downstream production tool,
- wherein the tokenized instruction set provides provable access to the instruction set, and wherein the tokenized instruction set is configured as a black box to the downstream production tool with at least one of inputs or outputs to command the downstream production tool, and
- wherein the downstream production tool is a physical tool structured to perform a physical action in response to the command.

A transaction-enabling system comprising a controller, wherein the controller is configured to:
- access an instruction set stored on a distributed ledger,
- wherein the instruction set is configured to command a downstream production tool, and
- wherein the distributed ledger comprises a smart wrapper for the instruction set;
- tokenize the instruction set;
- interpret an instruction set access request;
- and
- in response to the instruction set access request;
- using the smart wrapper, validate access rights to the instruction set based on the instruction set access request and a license associated with the instruction set;
- and
- provide the tokenized instruction set to the downstream production tool,
- wherein the tokenized instruction set provides provable access to the instruction set, and wherein the tokenized instruction set is configured as a black box to the downstream production tool with at least one of inputs or outputs to command the downstream production tool, and
- wherein the downstream production tool is a physical tool structured to perform a physical action in response to the command.
