Abstract
The present invention relates to a smart mattress system for preventing snoring of a user, wherein a sleep posture of the user is determined and pressure of an air mattress and pressure of an air pillow are adjusted depending on the sleep posture of the user, whereby snoring of the user is stopped.
Claims9
A smart mattress system for preventing snoring, the smart mattress system comprising:
- an air mattress (10) configured to self-adjust its own pressure and to measure the pressure in real time;
- a user terminal (30) receiving a set value or user information from a user and transmitting the set value or the user information to the air mattress (10);
- a server (50) having a sleep quality analyzing unit (55) receiving measurement data including pressure measurement value and pressure change amount from the air mattress (10) to analyze a sleep pattern and sleep quality of a user and determining a score of the sleep quality;
- and
- an air pillow (70) connected with the air mattress (10), the user terminal (30), and the server (50) and configured to self-adjust its own pressure,
- wherein the air mattress (10) includes:
- a microphone (22) measuring noise around the air mattress (10);
- and a snoring determination unit (23) determining whether the user is snoring, wherein
- when the noise is detected by the microphone (22), the snoring determination unit (23) checks an average change amount of a pressure change amount of an air pocket (110) of the air mattress (10) during a preset time range (T4), based on a noise detection time (T3) that the noise is detected, to determine whether the user is snoring,
- wherein the sleep quality analyzing unit (55) is configured to assign a score to each of ranges A, B, and C according to an average change amount of the pressure change amount of the air pocket (110), wherein a score a is assigned to the range A, a score b is assigned to the range B, and a score c is assigned to the range C, wherein,
- the range A is defined as the user being in a deep sleep (NREM sleep:
- non-rapid eye movement sleep) state, and the score a is 10 point,
- the range B is defined as the user being in a light sleep (REM sleep:
- rapid eye movement sleep) state, and the score b is 5 point, and
- the range C is defined as the user being in a wake state, and the score c is 1 point, wherein the scoring sleep quality is defined as follows:
- (a×T1)+(b×T2)+(c×T3)/T1+T2+T3, wherein,
- T1 is time for which the average change amount of the pressure change amount remains in the range A,
- T2 is time for which the average change amount of the pressure change amount remains in the range B, and
- T3 is time for which the average change amount of the pressure change amount remains in the range C.
