Abstract
Authentication tokens, systems, and methods are described. An illustrative method is disclosed to include receiving an electronic file including a digital image, receiving biometric information that is associated with a person, modifying the electronic file with the biometric information such that one or more pixels in the digital image are replaced with the biometric information, and storing the modified electronic file as a digital authentication token to be used in connection with authorized publications of original digital work.
Claims24
A method of publishing secured digital media content, the method comprising:
- receiving, via at least one processor, at least one original digital work;
- obtaining, via the at least one processor, digital identifying information of an entity associated with creation of the at least one original digital work, wherein the digital identifying information represents an identity of the entity;
- modifying, via the at least one processor, the digital identifying information of the entity according to execution of at least one deterministic function;
- generating, via the at least one processor, a digital authentication token via execution of at least one deterministic algorithm operating on the at least one original digital work and the modified digital identifying information of the entity;
- enabling publication of the digital authentication token along with the at least one original digital work as publishable content thereby binding the identity of the entity with the original digital work;
- and
- enabling recordation of the publication of the publishable content on a notarized ledger data structure.
