Adhesive composition for use in roofing materials

An adhered roofing system comprising:

• i. a roof substrate;
• ii. a roofing membrane;
• and
• iii. a cured adhesive, said cured adhesive is a cured product of a moisture curable adhesive comprising extender, compatibilizer, polymer, and less than 0.5 wt. % of a compound selected from the group consisting of asphalt, bitumen, and coal tar;
• said polymer including reactive silyl groups;
• said moisture curable adhesive including less than 0.5 wt. % volatile organic compounds;
• said moisture curable adhesive including less than 0.5 wt. % isocyanate groups a weight ratio of said extender to said compatibilizer is 1:1 to 5:1.

An adhered roofing system comprising:

• i. a roof substrate;
• a roofing membrane;
• and
• iii. a cured adhesive, said cured adhesive is a cured product of a moisture curable adhesive comprising extender, compatibilizer, polymer, adhesion promoter, antioxidant, catalyst, dehydration agent, filler, and less than 0.5 wt. % of a compound selected from the group consisting of asphalt, bitumen, and coal tar;
• said polymer including reactive silyl groups;
• said moisture curable adhesive including less than 0.5 wt. % volatile organic compounds;
• said moisture curable adhesive including less than 0.5 wt. % isocyanate groups, said moisture curable adhesive comprises 10-31 wt. % polymer, 4-45 wt. % extender, 2-45 wt. % compatibilizer, 0.01-4 wt. % adhesion promoter, 0.001-5 wt. % antioxidant, 0.01-1 wt. % catalyst, 0.05-2 wt. % dehydration agent, 20-70 wt. % filler.
