A compound of formula (V):
- wherein:
- R2 is C1-6 alkyl, cyclopropyl, CH2-cyclopropyl, or NR5R6, wherein said C1-6 alkyl is optionally substituted with OH or C1-6 alkoxy, and said CH2-cyclopropyl is optionally substituted with halo, OH, CN or C1-6 alkoxy;
- R3 is H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halo, or CN;
- R5 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- and
- R6 is H, C1-6 alkyl or C3-7 cycloalkyl;
- or a salt thereof.

- Z is (CO)R4 or an amine protecting group;

- R5, R8, R9, R10, R11, and R12 are each independently H or C1-6 alkyl;
