Abstract
In various embodiments, a moodroof media application provides media content into a vehicle cabin. In operation, the moodroof media application determines at least one state associated with the vehicle cabin based on sensor data from at least one sensor. The moodroof media application then receives media content associated with the at least one state. The moodroof media application further causes visual content associated with the media content to be displayed on at least one display surface positioned on a ceiling of the vehicle cabin.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method for presenting media content within a vehicle cabin, comprising:
- determining an initial state associated with the vehicle cabin based on sensor data from at least one sensor;
- selecting media content based on the initial state associated with the vehicle cabin and a goal state associated with the vehicle cabin;
- and
- causing visual content associated with the media content to be displayed on at least one display surface positioned on a ceiling of the vehicle cabin.
A system for presenting media content within a vehicle cabin, comprising:
- at least one sensor;
- at least one display surface;
- a memory storing a media application;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory, wherein the processor, when executing the media application:
- determines an initial state associated with the vehicle cabin based on sensor data from the at least one sensor;
- selects media content based on the initial state associated with the vehicle cabin and a goal state associated with the vehicle cabin;
- and
- causes visual content associated with the media content to be displayed on the at least one display surface.
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media including instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to present media content by performing the steps of:
- determining an initial state associated with a vehicle cabin based on sensor data from at least one sensor;
- selecting media content based on the initial state associated with the vehicle cabin and a goal state associated with the vehicle cabin;
- and
- causing visual content associated with the media content to be displayed on at least one display surface positioned on a ceiling of the vehicle cabin.
