Abstract
A tonneau cover comprising: (a) one or more panels pivotally connected to one or more additional panels via hinge portions; and (b) hinges having a plurality of engaging features, the hinges being positioned within the hinge portions so that the plurality of engaging features are secured within channels of the panels to connect the panels, the hinges further including a fin that projects from the hinges and seals a gap between the connected panels.
Claims20
A tonneau cover comprising:
- a first panel pivotally connected to a second panel via a hinge portion, wherein the hinge portion includes a hinge having a plurality of engaging features, the hinge being positioned within the hinge portion so that the plurality of engaging features are secured within channels of the first panel and the second panel;
- and wherein the hinge further includes a fin that projects away from a center axis of an opening of the hinge and seals a gap between the first panel and the second panel.
