## Abstract

A base station transmits a radio resource control message. The radio resource control message comprises a periodicity parameter indicating a number of symbols for a periodic resource allocation. A downlink control information indicating activation of the periodic resource allocation is transmitted. The downlink control information comprises one or more fields indicating a numerology. The numerology indicates a symbol duration. Transport blocks are received via resources associated with the periodic resource allocation. A time interval between two subsequent transmission occasions of the periodic resource allocation is determined based on the symbol duration and the number of symbols.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method comprising:
transmitting, by a base station, a radio resource control message comprising a periodicity parameter indicating a number of transmission time intervals for a periodic resource allocation;
transmitting a downlink control information indicating activation of the periodic resource allocation, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more fields indicating a transmission time interval duration; and
receiving transport blocks via resources associated with the periodic resource allocation, wherein a time interval between two subsequent transmission occasions of the periodic resource allocation is determined based on the number of transmission time intervals multiplied with the transmission time interval duration.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the radio resource control message comprises a radio network temporary identifier.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The method of claim 2, wherein the downlink control information is associated with the radio network temporary identifier.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the downlink control information indicates the resources for the receiving of the transport blocks.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the downlink control information indicates the resources for the receiving of the transport blocks.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more second fields, the resources being determined based on one or more second fields.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the downlink control information indicates one or more transmission durations up to a first value for receiving of the transport blocks.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein a transmission duration in the one or more transmission durations corresponds to one or more logical channels.

### Claim 9

A base station comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the base station to:
transmit a radio resource control message comprising a periodicity parameter indicating a number of transmission time intervals for a periodic resource allocation;
transmit a downlink control information indicating activation of the periodic resource allocation, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more fields indicating a transmission time interval duration; and
receive transport blocks via resources associated with the periodic resource allocation, wherein a time interval between two subsequent transmission occasions of the periodic resource allocation is determined based on the number of transmission time intervals multiplied with the transmission time interval duration.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The base station of claim 9, wherein the radio resource control message comprises a radio network temporary identifier.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The base station of claim 10, wherein the downlink control information is associated with the radio network temporary identifier.

### Claim 12 (depends on 9)

The base station of claim 9, wherein the downlink control information indicates the resources for the receiving of the transport blocks.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The base station of claim 12, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more second fields, the resources being determined based on one or more second fields.

### Claim 14 (depends on 9)

The base station of claim 9, wherein the downlink control information indicates one or more transmission durations up to a first value for receiving of the transport blocks.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

The base station of claim 14, wherein a transmission duration in the one or more transmission durations corresponds to one or more logical channels.

### Claim 16

A system comprising:
a base station comprising:
