Abstract
Detergent compositions having surfactant systems that include alkyl ethoxylated sulfate surfactant (AES) and linear alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant (LAS). Methods of treating fabric with such compositions.
Claims17
A liquid detergent composition comprising:
- about 5% to about 20%, by weight of the liquid detergent composition of a surfactant system,
- the surfactant system comprising from about 6% to about 12% by weight of the composition of an alkyl ethoxylated sulfate surfactant which has an alkyl portion with an average of 13.9 to about 14.6 carbon atoms and an average degree of ethoxylation of about 1.8, and from about 2% to about 7% by weight of the composition of a linear alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant,
- and an alkoxylated polyalkyleneimine;
- wherein composition has a viscosity of between 500 mPa*s and 2000 mPa*s, measured at 20 s−1 and 20° C.

A liquid detergent composition comprising:
- about 5% to about 20%, by weight of the liquid detergent composition of a surfactant system, the surfactant system comprising from about 6% to about 12% by weight of the composition of an alkyl ethoxylated sulfate surfactant which has an alkyl portion with an average of 13.9 to about 14.6 carbon atoms and an average degree of ethoxylation of about 1.8, and from about 2% to about 7% by weight of the composition of a linear alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant, and an amine oxide;
- wherein composition has a viscosity of between 500 mPa*s and 2000 mPa*s, measured at 20 s−1 and 20° C.
