Compositions that include siloxane compounds having pendant silyl ether moieties

A consumer product composition comprising a siloxane compound and a consumer product adjunct,

• wherein the siloxane compound comprises one or more repeat units according to Formula (I):
• wherein:
• each R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, OH, C1-C32 alkyl, C1-C32 substituted alkyl, C6-C32 aryl, C5-C32 substituted aryl, C6-C32 alkylaryl, C6-C32 substituted alkylaryl, C1-C32 alkoxy and C1-C32 substituted alkoxy;
• preferably each R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, OH, C1-C16 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, more preferably each R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, OH, methyl, methoxy, and ethoxy;
• each L is a linking bivalent alkylene radical, preferably each L is independently selected from the group consisting of —(CH2)s—;
• —(H2C)sOC6H4—;
• and combinations thereof;
• wherein each R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C4 alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, and combinations thereof, preferably H or C1-C4 alkyl, most preferably H or methyl;
• each s is independently an integer of from 1 to about 20, preferably each s is independently an integer of from 2 to about 12;
• each y is independently an integer of from 1 to about 100, preferably each y is independently an integer of from 1 to about 20, more preferably y is independently an integer of from 1 to about 10;
• each Z is independently selected from the group consisting of:
• and
• wherein each R1, if present, is independently selected from the group as provided above, and
• wherein each R5 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C32 alkyl, C1-C32 substituted alkyl, C6-C32 aryl, C5-C32 substituted aryl, C6-C32 alkylaryl, and C6-C32 substituted alkylaryl,
• wherein at least one R5 in the siloxane compound is formed from a hydroxyl-group-containing perfume raw material;
• and
• wherein index m is an integer of from about 1 to about 500.
