Microbiocidal oxadiazole derivatives

A compound of formula (I):

• wherein
• n is 0 or 1 or 2;
• R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, methyl;
• R3 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen or fluorine;
• wherein at least two of R1 to R4 are C-H;
• R5 and R6 independently represent hydrogen or methyl;
• Z represents a group selected from Z-1 or Z-2,
• wherein:
• X represents C(═O) or S(O)2;
• and
• (i) B1 and B2 in Z-1 independently represent N or C—R7, and B3 in Z-1 represents C(R7)(R8), O, S, NR9 or C(═O);
• and
• (ii) B1 in Z-2 represents C(R7)(R8), O, S, NR9 or C(═O), and B2 and B3 in Z-2 independently represent N or C-R7;
• or R7 and R8 independently represent, hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-4alkyl, C1-4haloalkyl, C1-4alkoxy, phenyl or phenyl substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, C1-4alkyl, C1-4haloalkyl or C1-4alkoxy;
• R9 represents hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, C3-6alkenyl, C3-6alkynyl, C3-6cycloalkyl, C1-6alkoxy, C(O)R10, C(O)OR10, C(O)N(R10)R11, S(O)2R10 or)S(O)2N(R10R11, wherein C1-6alkyl, C3-6alkenyl, C3-6alkynyl, C3-6cycloalkyl and C1-6alkoxy are optionally substituted by halogen or cyano;
• or R9 represents phenyl or phenyl substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, C1-4alkyl, C1-4haloalkyl or C1-4alkoxy;
• R10 represents hydrogen, C1-3alkyl, C3-4cycloalkyl, C3-4cycloalkylC1-2alkyl, C1-2alkoxyC1-4alkyl, wherein C1-3alkyl, C3-4cycloalkyl, C3-4cycloalkylC1-2alkyl, C1-2alkoxyC1-4alkyl are optionally substituted by halogen or cyano;
• and
• R11 represents hydrogen, amino, fluoro, chloro, methyl, ethyl, difluoromethyl, trifluoromethyl, methoxy, N-methyl amine, or dimethylamine;
• or
• a salt or an N-oxide thereof.
