Abstract
According to the present invention, provided is a system comprising: an acquisition unit configured to acquire log information of a job executed on a device; and a learning unit configured to perform learning for generating, by using the log information of the device acquired by the acquisition unit as learning data, a learned model to be used by the device to estimate necessity of executing a maintenance operation.

A system comprising:
- at least one memory;
- and
- at least one processor, wherein
- the at least one processor is configured to, when executing a program stored in the at least one memory, cause the system to function as the following units:
- an acquisition unit configured to acquire log information of a job executed on a device and information of a type of maintenance instructed by a user after execution of the job;
- and
- a learning unit configured to perform learning for generating, by using the log information of the device and the information of the type of maintenance acquired by the acquisition unit as learning data, a learned model to be used by the device to estimate necessity of executing a maintenance operation.

- an estimation unit configured to estimate, by applying information based on the job to be newly executed by the device acquired by the acquisition unit as input data to a learned model for estimating necessity to execute a maintenance operation, the necessity to execute the maintenance operation by the device, wherein the learned model is generated by learning based on log information of a job executed on the device and information of a type of maintenance instructed by a user after execution of the job.

A method executed by an information processing apparatus, the method comprising:
- acquiring log information of a job executed on a device and information of a type of maintenance instructed by a user after execution of the job;
- and
- performing learning for generating, using the acquired log information and the information of the type of maintenance of the device as learning data, a learned model to be used for estimating necessity for the device to execute a maintenance operation.
A method executed by an information processing apparatus, the method comprising:
- acquiring information based on a job to be newly executed by a device;
- and
- estimating, by applying the acquired information based on the job to be newly executed by the device as input data to a learned model for estimating necessity to execute a maintenance operation, the necessity for the device to execute the maintenance operation, wherein the learned model is generated by learning based on log information of a job executed on the device and information of a type of maintenance instructed by a user after execution of the job.
