Abstract
Described herein are crystalline forms of compounds that are deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) inhibitors, methods of making such crystalline forms, pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments comprising such crystalline forms, and methods of using such crystalline forms in the treatment of conditions, diseases, or disorders that would benefit from modulation of deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) activity.

A composition comprising a crystalline form of a compound of Formula I:
- wherein the crystalline form is a polymorph Form II of a maleate salt of the compound of Formula I, and wherein the polymorph Form II is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising a peak at 7.6±0.2° 2-θ, 8.7±0.2° 2-θ, or 16.0±0.2° 2-θ, as measured by X-ray powder diffraction using an X-ray wavelength of 1.5406 Å.
