Abstract
Disclosed herein are methods and uses of cerdulatinib for treating diseases or conditions, including hematological cancers, and combinations of cerdulatinib for treating such diseases or conditions.
Claims20
A method for treating a hematologic cancer in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of cerdulatinib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an effective amount of rituximab, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein cerdulatinib and rituximab are present in a molar ratio of about 2:1 to about 1:5.
