Abstract
The present invention provides methods, compositions, and kits for treating anxiety-related disorders, including OCD and SAD, and for reducing anxiety, obsessive behavior, or compulsive behavior in subjects in need thereof.

A method of treating obsessive-compulsive disorder or social anxiety disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising orally administering to the subject an effective amount of a tyrosine hydroxylase inhibitor.
