Abstract
Provided herein are water soluble solid form compositions including a curcuminoid; and a solubilizer selected from one or more of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and steviol glycoside; glycerol polyethylene glycol hydroxystearate (GPGH) and steviol glycoside; fatty acid glycerol polyglycoester (GPE); steviol glycoside and an aromatic amino acid; and steviol glycoside. Also provided herein are methods of making the water soluble solid form compositions.

A water soluble solid form powder composition, the powder composition consisting of:
- (a) a curcuminoid;
- and
- (b) a solubilizer, wherein the solubilizer is methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and steviol glycoside in a ratio of 7:3 to 5:5.
