The instructions may also cause the processor to determine, based upon the wager amount, a subset of a plurality of bingo card parameters and compare the received bingo card parameter to the subset of the plurality of bingo card parameters to determine whether the received bingo card parameter matches any bingo card parameter of the subset of the plurality of bingo card parameters, where each bingo card parameter of the plurality of bingo card parameters is associated with a progressive jackpot. In addition, the instructions may cause the processor to award the progressive jackpot to a player of the EGM in response to determining that the received bingo card parameter matches a bingo card parameter of the subset of the plurality of bingo card parameters. ## Claims ### Claim 1 An electronic gaming system comprising a first electronic gaming machine (EGM), the first EGM comprising: a memory device; and a processor configured to execute instructions stored in the memory device, which when executed, cause the processor to: determine a wager amount comprising at least a portion of a credit balance, wherein the credit balance is established based upon an input from a player at a credit input device; determine a bingo card parameter for an electronic game; select a quantity of bingo card parameters from a plurality of stored bingo card parameters, the quantity of bingo card parameters comprising at least a subset of the plurality of stored bingo card parameters; compare the bingo card parameter for the electronic game to the quantity of bingo card parameters to determine whether the bingo card parameter for the electronic game matches a bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, wherein each bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters is associated with a progressive jackpot; and in response to determining that the bingo card parameter for the electronic game matches a bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, add a progressive jackpot amount of the progressive jackpot associated with the bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters to the credit balance. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The electronic gaming system of claim 1, further comprising a server executing instructions that cause the server to determine the bingo card parameter for the electronic game based upon a received bingo card parameter from the first EGM. ### Claim 3 (depends on 2) The electronic gaming system of claim 2, wherein the instructions further cause the server to determine the quantity of bingo card parameters based upon the wager amount. ### Claim 4 (depends on 3) The electronic gaming system of claim 3, wherein the quantity of bingo card parameters is in proportion to or nominally based upon the wager amount. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The electronic gaming system of claim 1, further comprising a second EGM, the second EGM comprising: a second EGM memory device; and a second EGM processor configured to execute instructions stored in the second EGM memory device, which when executed, cause the second EGM processor to: determine a second bingo card parameter for a second electronic game; select a second quantity of bingo card parameters from a second plurality of stored bingo card parameters, the second quantity of bingo card parameters comprising at least a subset of the second plurality of stored bingo card parameters; compare the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game to the second quantity of bingo card parameters to determine whether the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches a bingo card parameter of the second quantity of bingo card parameters; and in response to determining that the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches the bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, add a progressive jackpot amount of a progressive jackpot associated with the bingo card parameter of the second quantity of bingo card parameters to a credit balance at the second EGM. ### Claim 6 (depends on 2) The electronic gaming system of claim 2, wherein the instructions further cause the server to: determine a second wager amount comprising at least a portion of a second credit balance at a second EGM, wherein the second credit balance is established based upon an input at a second credit input device of the second EGM; determine a second bingo card parameter for a second electronic game based upon a received bingo card parameter from the second EGM; determine a second quantity of bingo card parameters from the plurality of stored bingo card parameters based upon the second wager amount; compare the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game to the quantity of bingo card parameters to determine whether the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches a bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters; and in response to determining that the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, add a progressive jackpot amount of the progressive jackpot associated with the at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters to a credit balance associated with a second player at the second EGM. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The electronic gaming system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to select the quantity of bingo card parameters based upon a game outcome from an electronic game different from the electronic game. ### Claim 8 (depends on 7) The electronic gaming system of claim 7, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to select the quantity of bingo card parameters based upon the game outcome from the electronic game different from the electronic game comprising a game ending win. ### Claim 9 (depends on 1) The electronic gaming system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to allow participation of the first EGM in certain progressive jackpots upon determining that a game ending win has occurred at the first EGM. ### Claim 10 (depends on 1) The electronic gaming system of claim 1, wherein a plurality of progressive jackpots are defined in the memory device, and each progressive jackpot of the plurality of progressive jackpots is associated with a plurality of winning bingo card parameters, and wherein the instructions further cause the processor to determine the bingo card parameter for the electronic game matches at least one winning bingo card parameter of the plurality of winning bingo card parameters. ### Claim 11 A method of electronic gaming, the method comprising: determining, by a processor of an electronic gaming system in communication with a memory device, a wager amount comprising at least a portion of a credit balance associated with a player, wherein the credit balance is established based upon an input from the player at a credit input device; determining, by the processor, a bingo card parameter for an electronic game; selecting, by the processor, a quantity of bingo card parameters from a plurality of stored bingo card parameters, the quantity of bingo card parameters comprising at least a subset of the plurality of stored bingo card parameters; comparing, by the processor, the bingo card parameter for the electronic game to the quantity of bingo card parameters to determine whether the bingo card parameter for the electronic game matches at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, wherein each bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters is associated with a progressive jackpot; and in response to determining that the bingo card parameter for the electronic game matches at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, adding, by the processor, a progressive jackpot amount of the progressive jackpot associated with the at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters to the credit balance associated with the player. ### Claim 12 (depends on 11) The method of claim 11, further comprising determining, by the processor, the bingo card parameter for the electronic game based upon a received bingo card parameter from an electronic gaming machine (EGM). ### Claim 13 (depends on 12) The method of claim 12, further comprising determining, by the processor, the quantity of bingo card parameters based upon the wager amount. ### Claim 14 (depends on 13) The method of claim 13, further comprising scaling, by the processor, the quantity of bingo card parameters in proportion to or nominally based upon the wager amount. ### Claim 15 (depends on 12) The method of claim 12, further comprising: determining, by the processor, a second bingo card parameter for a second electronic game based upon a received bingo card parameter from a second EGM; comparing, by the processor, the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game to the quantity of bingo card parameters to determine whether the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches a bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters; and in response to determining that the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, adding, by the processor, a progressive jackpot amount of the progressive jackpot associated with the at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters to a credit balance associated with a second player at the second EGM. ### Claim 16 (depends on 12) The method of claim 12, further comprising: determining, by the processor, a second wager amount comprising at least a portion of a second credit balance associated with a second player, wherein the second credit balance is established based upon an input from the second player at a second credit input device of a second EGM; determining, by the processor, a second bingo card parameter for a second electronic game based upon a received bingo card parameter from the second EGM; determining, by the processor, a second quantity of bingo card parameters from the plurality of stored bingo card parameters based upon the second wager amount; comparing, by the processor, the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game to the quantity of bingo card parameters to determine whether the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches a bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters; and in response to determining that the second bingo card parameter for the second electronic game matches at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters, adding, by the processor, a progressive jackpot amount of the progressive jackpot associated with the at least one bingo card parameter of the quantity of bingo card parameters to a credit balance associated with a second player at the second EGM. ### Claim 17 (depends on 11) The method of claim 11, further comprising determining, by the processor, the quantity of bingo card parameters based upon a game outcome from an electronic game different from the electronic game. ### Claim 18 (depends on 17) The method of claim 17, further comprising determining, by the processor, the quantity of bingo card parameters based upon the game outcome from the electronic game different from the electronic game comprising a game ending win. ### Claim 19 (depends on 11) The method of claim 11, wherein a plurality of progressive jackpots are defined in the memory device, and each progressive jackpot of the plurality of progressive jackpots is associated with a plurality of winning bingo card parameters, and wherein the method further comprises determining, by the processor, the bingo card parameter for the electronic game matches at least one winning bingo card parameter of the plurality of winning bingo card parameters. ### Claim 20 (depends on 11) The method of claim 11, wherein the electronic gaming system includes a first EGM and a second EGM.
