## Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention assist in the development, management, and deployment of aggregated data attributes for multiple data sources. One embodiment provides a development interface that allows for elements of attributes, including filters, to be moved into a coding area in which an attribute or an attribute element is being edited. In another embodiment, the user interface presents data fields to assist in the development of filters for multiple data sources with divergent formats. The application further provides a validation interface through which users can validate attributes and trace the results returned by various elements referenced by the attributes under validation. Another embodiment provides a system for managing attributes and deploying them to various systems by creating a deployment file that is used by an attribute calculation system. In one embodiment, the attribute calculation system is a scalable system that dynamically calculates attributes for multiple data sources.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system for generating attributes, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
non-transitory computer storage comprising code executable by the one or more processors, the executable code causing the one or more processors to:
extract a subset of first data from a first data source in accordance with a first filter and extract a subset of second data from a second data source in accordance with a second filter, wherein the first data source stores first data associated with a type of credit data in a first format and the second data source stores second data associated with the type of credit data in a second format different from the first format;
apply the extracted subsets of data to a credit data attribute formula expression to generate at least one attribute score for the at least one attribute;
generate a deployment package that applies the extracted subsets of data to the credit data attribute formula expression; and
display, via a user interface, the extracted subset of the first data, the extracted subset of the second data, functions and operations associated with the first filter, functions and operations associated with the second filter, the credit data attribute expression, or the at least one attribute score.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the executable code further causes the one or more processors to calculate a data score based at least in part on the at least one attribute score.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the executable code further causes the one or more processors to receive, via the user interface, an indication of at least one attribute that relates to the type of credit data, and to identify the credit data attribute formula expression based on the indication of the at least one attribute.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The system of claim 3, wherein the at least one attribute is data-independent and wherein the first and second filters are data-dependent.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the first filter is configured extract the subset of first data by mapping one or more data fields in the first data to the type of credit data.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the first data source comprises a first credit bureau data source and the second data source comprises a second credit bureau data source.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the user interface comprises a validation user interface that is configured to display information in a format that allows identification of errors in one or more of the first filter, the second filter, and the credit data attribute formula expression.

### Claim 8

A computer-implemented method for generating attributes, the computer-implemented method comprising:
extracting a subset of first data from a first data source in accordance with a first filter and extract a subset of second data from a second data source in accordance with a second filter, wherein the first data source stores first data associated with a type of credit data in a first format and the second data source stores second data associated with the type of credit data in a second format different from the first format;
applying the extracted subsets of data to a credit data attribute formula expression to generate at least one attribute score for the at least one attribute;
generating a deployment package that applies the extracted subsets of data to the credit data attribute formula expression; and
displaying, via a user interface, the extracted subset of the first data, the extracted subset of the second data, functions and operations associated with the first filter, functions and operations associated with the second filter, the credit data attribute expression, or the at least one attribute score.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The computer-implemented method of claim 8 further comprising calculating a data score based at least in part on the at least one attribute score.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The computer-implemented method of claim 8 further comprising receiving, via the user interface, an indication of at least one attribute that relates to the type of credit data, and identifying the credit data attribute formula expression based on the indication of the at least one attribute.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The computer-implemented method of claim 10, wherein the at least one attribute is data-independent and wherein the first and second filters are data-dependent.

### Claim 12 (depends on 8)

The computer-implemented method of claim 8, wherein the first filter is configured extract the subset of first data by mapping one or more data fields in the first data to the type of credit data.

### Claim 13 (depends on 8)

The computer-implemented method of claim 8, wherein the first data source comprises a first credit bureau data source and the second data source comprises a second credit bureau data source.
