## Abstract

Cancer is treated using coordinated treatment regimens that uses various compounds and compositions that drive a tumor from the escape phase of cancer immunoediting to the elimination and equilibrium phase of cancer immunoediting.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of treating cancer in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising:
administering to the patient a sequence of therapeutics,
wherein the sequence comprises a platinum chemotherapeutic, Nab-paclitaxel, haNK cells, an antibody for binding PD-L1, and IL-15 or IL-15N72D;
wherein the therapeutics are administered in cycles; and
wherein within the cycle the platinum chemotherapeutic and Nab-paclitaxel are administered before the haNK cells, PD-L1 antibody, and IL-15 or IL-15N72D.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the PD-L1 antibody is avelumab.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the IL-15N72D is ALT-803.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the platinum chemotherapeutic is administered on day 1 of the cycle.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method of claim 4, wherein the Nab-paclitaxel is administered on days 1 and 15 of the cycle.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)
