Compositions for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis

A method of therapeutically treating pulmonary fibrosis, or a related condition in a subject with pulmonary fibrosis, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound of the formulae:

• or a pharmacologically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, diastereomer, enantiomer, racemate, hydrate and/or solvate thereof,
• wherein:
• A is selected from optionally substituted saturated, partly saturated or unsaturated 5- or 6-membered heterocyclyl;
• optionally substituted C1-6alkoxyl amine;
• optionally substituted C1-6alkyl amine;
• optionally substituted C0-6alkyl carboxylic acid;
• optionally substituted C1-6alkyl hydroxyl;
• optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated C0-6alkyl bicyclic heterocyclyl;
• and optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated C1-6alkoxyl bicyclic heterocyclyl;
• D is:
• T is independently selected from C1-6alkyl, halo, C0-6alkyl carboxylic acid, amino, hydroxy and C1-6alkoxy;
• m is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
• and
• X is —OH or
• wherein m cannot be 0 when X is —OH.
