Systems and methods for digital image editing

A method comprising:

• capturing, by a processor, an image using a camera, wherein a computer system comprises the processor and the camera;
• causing the image to be displayed on a display of a user interface coupled to the computer system;
• receiving a visual edit to the image via the user interface;
• generating, based on the visual edit, an original digital image;
• transmitting the original digital image to a plurality of external systems including a first external system and a second external system;
• receiving, from the first external system, a first modified digital image including a first set of edits to the original image, wherein the first modified digital image is generated by transforming a format of the original digital image to include a field including an identifier associated with the first modified digital image;
• and
• causing the original digital image and the first modified digital image to simultaneously be displayed separately on the display of the user interface for a predetermined period of time.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a computer system, cause the computer system to perform operations comprising:

• capturing an image using a camera, wherein a computer system comprises the processor and the camera;
• causing the image to be displayed on a display of a user interface coupled to the computer system;
• receiving a visual edit to the image via the user interface;
• generating, based on the visual edit, an original digital image;
• transmitting the original digital image to a plurality of external systems including a first external system and a second external system;
• receiving, from the first external system, a first modified digital image including a first set of edits to the original image, wherein the first modified digital image is generated by transforming a format of the original digital image to include a field including an identifier associated with the first modified digital image;
• and
• causing the original digital image and the first modified digital image to simultaneously be displayed separately on the display of the user interface for a predetermined period of time.
