Abstract
An artificially intelligent method includes the steps of monitoring, by a processor, information sources to identify primary semantic information; capturing, by the processor, the primary semantic information; reformatting, by the processor, the primary semantic information according to a predetermined format; analyzing, by the processor, the primary semantic information to establish secondary semantic information; and establishing, by the processor, ontologies from the primary, secondary, and additional secondary semantic information.
Claims20
A method performed by a processor during runtime of a database, comprising:
- monitoring information sources that regulate how variables in database tables are affected to find a foreign key constraint and using the foreign key constraint to identify primary semantic information;
- extracting the primary semantic information;
- analyzing the primary semantic information to establish secondary semantic information, wherein the secondary semantic information is not directly presented in the information sources;
- extracting the secondary semantic information;
- and
- establishing, by the processor, ontologies from the primary semantic information and the secondary semantic information.
A computer program product, comprising:
- a non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of:
- monitoring information sources that regulate how variables in database tables are affected to find a foreign key constraint and using the foreign key constraint to identify primary semantic information;
- extracting the primary semantic information and reformatting the primary semantic information to a predetermined format;
- analyzing the primary semantic information to establish secondary semantic information, wherein the secondary semantic information is not directly presented in the information sources;
- extracting the secondary semantic information and reformatting the second semantic information to the predetermined format;
- and
- establishing, by the processor, ontologies from the primary semantic information and the secondary semantic information.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory, the processor being configured to perform the steps of:
- monitoring information sources that regulate how variables in database tables are affected to find a foreign key constraint and using the foreign key constraint to identify primary semantic information;
- extracting the primary semantic information and reformatting the primary semantic information to a predetermined format;
- analyzing the primary semantic information to establish secondary semantic information, wherein the secondary semantic information is not directly presented in the information sources;
- extracting the secondary semantic information and reformatting the secondary semantic information to the predetermined format;
- and
- establishing, by the processor, ontologies from the primary semantic information and the secondary semantic information.
