Abstract
Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode including a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a first emitting material layer, which includes a first host, a second host and a first dopant and disposed between the first and second electrodes. The first host is represented by Formula 1, the second host may be a triazine derivative, and the first dopant may be a red, green or blue dopant.
Claims25
An organic light emitting diode, comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode facing the first electrode;
- and
- a first emitting material layer including a first host, a second host and a first dopant, and disposed between the first and second electrodes,
- wherein the first host is represented by Formula 1:
- wherein X is O or S,
- wherein Ar1 is C10 to C30 aryl, and Ar2 is C6 to C30 aryl,
- wherein each of R1 to R3 is independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1 to C10 alkyl, C1 to C20 aryl and C3 to C10 cycloalkyl, and
- wherein each of a, b and c is independently an integer of 0 to 4.
