Abstract
The present invention relates to a substrate for transglutaminase comprising a peptide having from 3 to 15 amino acids and comprising the amino acid sequence X−4X−3X−2X−1QX+1X+2X+3X+4, bound to a first molecule.
Claims9
A substrate for transglutaminase, consisting of:
- a peptide of 5 to no more than 15 amino acids, said peptide including the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
- 30, SEQ ID NO:31, SEQ ID NO:32 and SEQ ID NO:33;
- and
- a first molecule covalently bonded to the peptide and selected from the group consisting of an antibody, a domain antibody, a nanobody and an antigen-binding portion of an antibody.
