Abstract
Provided herein is a polymer composition comprising a polyhydroxyamino ether (e.g., a crosslinked polyhydroxyamino ether) and printed circuit boards comprising the same.
Claims23
A film comprising a crosslinked polyhydroxyamino ether, wherein the crosslinked polyhydroxyamino ether comprises a reaction product of:
- (a) a polyhydroxyamino ether comprising at least one repeat unit of Formula (I):
- wherein:
- A is substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclylene, substituted or unsubstituted arylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene, -(A1-A2-A3-O-A4-O)m-A1-A2-A3-, or -A1-A2-A3-;
- each occurrence of A1, A3, and A4 is independently substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclylene, substituted or unsubstituted arylene, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene;
- each occurrence of A2 is independently substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclylene, substituted or unsubstituted arylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene, or —SO2—;
- D is absent, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted alkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkenylene, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkynylene, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclylene, substituted or unsubstituted arylene, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene;
- X is absent or NRB;
- m is 1 to 1,000;
- Z1 is absent, O, NRC, or S;
- and
- each of RA, RB, and RC is independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
- and
- (b) a crosslinking agent,
- provided that when X is NRB, D is not absent;
- wherein the thickness of the film is from 0.25 Mil to 20.0 Mil;
- and
- the film is transferrable from a carrier film to a substrate.

- a reaction product of:
- (a) a polyhydroxyamino ether comprising at least one repeat unit of Formula (I):
