Abstract
A retaining element for retaining and conveying an object along a conveyor rail includes a carrier part having a width, including an entrainment element for the entrainment of the carrier part by a drive element and including a receiver for receiving the object to be conveyed, and a spacer lever which is pivotably articulated on the carrier part and which is displaceable between a resting position in which the spacer lever is arranged within the width of the carrier part and a working position in which the spacer lever protrudes in the width direction of the carrier part.
Claims20
A retaining element for retaining and conveying an object along a conveyor rail, the retaining element comprising:
- a carrier part having a width, the carrier part comprising an entrainment element for the entrainment of the carrier part by a drive element, the carrier part further comprising a receiver for receiving the object to be conveyed,
- a spacer lever pivotably articulated on the carrier part about a pivot axis and displaceable between a resting position in which the spacer lever is arranged within the width of the carrier part and a working position in which the spacer lever protrudes in the width direction of the carrier part, the retaining element being a roll adapter, the carrier part being configured in one piece, wherein the carrier part has a bearing surface which serves for a defined bearing of the spacer lever of a further retaining element.
A retaining element for retaining and conveying an object along a conveyor rail, the retaining element comprising:
- a carrier part having a width, the carrier part comprising an entrainment element for the entrainment of the carrier part by a drive element, the carrier part further comprising a receiver for receiving the object to be conveyed;
- a spacer lever pivotably articulated on the carrier part about a pivot axis and displaceable between a resting position in which the spacer lever is arranged within the width of the carrier part and a working position in which the spacer lever protrudes in the width direction of the carrier part;
- and
- a force storage element articulated at a first point of articulation on the spacer lever and at a second point of articulation on the carrier part.
A suspended conveying system comprising:
- at least one conveyor rail;
- a drive element;
- and
- a plurality of retaining elements, wherein at least one of the retaining elements comprises:
- a carrier part having a width, the carrier part comprising an entrainment element for the entrainment of the carrier part by the drive element, the carrier part further comprising a receiver for receiving the object to be conveyed;
- a spacer lever pivotably articulated on the carrier part about a pivot axis and displaceable between a resting position in which the spacer lever is arranged within the width of the carrier part and a working position in which the spacer lever protrudes in the width direction of the carrier part, the retaining element being a roll adapter, the carrier part being configured in one piece, wherein the carrier part has a bearing surface which serves for a defined bearing of the spacer lever of another one of the retaining elements.
